Forage grasses

We are breeding domestic forage grasses for more than 100 years now and systematically expanded our breeding portfolio since then. We are especially focused on breeding the market-leading ryegrass species, meadow fescue und smooth-stalked meadow grass but we also breed locally used species such as golden oat grass, tall oat grass or cocksfoot.
With our new breeding’s, we are always focused in setting new accents in terms of forage quality, yield or disease resistances so our farmers and clients will profit when growing our varieties. Our goal is to provide our clients the best varieties they can get – since more than 100 years.
